russian server

Trying to download 32 bit iso. Argh! slow speed. kicked off.
Can't it just be on same server as 64 bit (which is fast and no problems - except I don't need it).

ok finally got it. looking forward to checking it out.

From today all iso files are in a fast server.

My first post here, so let me introduce myself first:
I'm totally new to any kind of Linux/Ubuntu stuff, so I guess you have to expect some questions in the future (though I will definately try to read an learn in other forums about it).
I'm from germany, so I want to (pre-)apologize for some misspellings and "unproper use of language" :-). What leads me here was a thread from guitarampmodeling.com about using free vsts with my guitar setup live (so to say "realtime"?). While linux/ubuntu is known for a way better speed compared to win7 (which i use normally), I thought of give it a try (there are lags and soundfailures occuring with my system).

To my problem:

I can't find a download-link which is working. Not even the "russian site". Are the servers down? Equal thing happens if I want to read the online help - forbidden to access the server.
I'm using Firefox 11.0 with win7/64 from germny. Even tried some proxy servers (firefox stealthy plugin), it didnt work.
